حسن عابدی در مورد میزان قانونی دودی کردن شیشه های خودروها، گفت: در قانون میزان و معیار خاصی برای درصد دودی کردن شیشه های خودروها مشخص نشده است. اما قانون صراحتا اعلام کرده است که اگر خودرویی شیشه هایش دودی شده است، مامور پلیس باید بتواند داخل خودرو را مشاهده کند.
وی ادامه داد: براین اساس ماموری اگر نتواند داخل خودرویی را به علت دودی بودن شیشه ها مشاهده کند، می تواند این خودروها را اعمال قانون کند.
جانشین رئیس پلیس راهور تهران در مود اینکه گفته می شود نرم استاندارد شیشه دودی از نظر پلیس 35 درصد است، تاکید کرد: به دلیل استفاده از وسایل مختلف دودی کردن نمی توان گفت که 35 درصد از نظر پلیس استاندارد است اما معمولا درصد کمتر از 30 مورد تائید پلیس است. اما شرط اصلی رویت داخل خودرو با وجود شیشه دودی است.
عابدی در مورد میزان جریمه متخلفان، گفت: براساس کد تخلف 2114، افرادی که اقدام به دودی کردن شیشه خودرو خود به میزان غیر قانونی کنند،50 هزار تومان جریمه و ملزم به اصلاح شیشه خودرو هستند.
وی افزود: در حال حاضر روزانه ماموران پلیس با متخلفان برابر قانون در سطح شهر برخورد می کنند.
